Hi y’all! I’m from Salado, Texas. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Harding University and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). I have received additional training in The AEIOU Systematic Approach to Pediatric Feeding (sensory-based feeding), Learning Without Tears (K-5th grade handwriting), Neuroscience and Self-regulation Techniques for Kids with Autism, ADHD & Sensory Disorders, Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Pediatric Yoga, and more. Throughout my career, I have provided occupational therapy services in multiple settings including out patient, home health, and school services to children.

I am passionate about finding joy in the little things and enjoy assisting my patients and their loved ones in progressing towards their dreams and goals. My therapy style is designed to modify activities and provide creative interventions to achieve a child’s goals through functional play. It brings me joy to watch kids giggle, have fun, and improve their independence in meaningful play and everyday tasks.

In my free time, I enjoy paddle boarding, yoga, hiking, concerts, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my friends and family!

Hello! I’m a native to the Austin area and grew up in Round Rock, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Community Health and received my Master’s in Occupational Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch. I have certifications in Learning Without Tears (handwriting for K-5th grade), Neuroscience and Self-regulation Techniques for Kids with Autism, ADHD & Sensory Disorders, Pediatric Feeding Disorders, and more.  I’ve wanted to be a pediatric occupational therapist since high school and have spent my career in pediatric settings including clinical, public school, and home health.

I love working with children as it allows me to be playful and active. I enjoy discovering what makes each child unique and brings them joy, then creating ways to build that into therapy through play. There’s nothing better than seeing a child grow in their independence and self-esteem by accomplishing meaningful tasks and activities. I cherish the relationships and trust I build with my kiddos’ families and am flexible and collaborative, as no one knows their child better. I foster a positive, comfortable, and meaningful environment for all those involved.

In my spare time, you can find me out running, playing pickleball, or outdoors in the sunshine. I love to eat good food and dance to fun music. I am blessed with an amazing husband, our first baby on the way, loving friends and family, and two silly cats, Benjamin and Nova.
