During this call, we’ll ask a few questions about your child, your concerns, and your goals to determine whether we’re a good fit and how we can best support your family.
Complete Intake Paperwork & Schedule an Evaluation
If we move forward, you’ll complete our intake paperwork and your child’s therapist will reach out to schedule an initial evaluation.
Evaluations are typically 60–90 minutes and are designed to gain a comprehensive understanding of your child’s current skills and abilities. This time includes parent and caregiver input, standardized and clinical assessments as appropriate, and opportunities to build rapport with your child.
Treatment Begins
Once the evaluation is complete, your therapist will develop a personalized plan of care. Your therapist will collaborate with you to create an ongoing treatment schedule that works best for your family.
For our private pay families, therapy can begin immediately once the plan of care is established and signed by your child’s physician. For our BCBS insurance families, we will verify benefits and request authorization prior to starting treatment.
Ongoing Therapy & Payment Details
Treatment sessions are 53–60 minutes and take place at the location most convenient for your family. Each session includes caregiver education, strategies, and activity recommendations so you feel confident supporting your child between visits.
We are currently only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). For our private pay families, we provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

As a reminder, we provide mobile pediatric occupational therapy services only, delivering therapy in your child’s natural environments such as the home, school, or community settings.
At this time, we provide services within Austin city limits and Dripping Springs only.
